Bibiana Litan Garcia

Bibiana Litan Garcia was born on August 6, 1928 in Bagong Pitak, Rosario Batangas, Philippines, to Victor and Rosalia Litan. A resident of Mira Mesa, San Diego, California. She left her mortal body peacefully in her sleep and her spirit went back and reunited with our Heavenly Father on January 16, 2020, at the age of 91. As the youngest of four children, she was intelligent and full of wisdom. She had a smile that could capture a heart and bring out beauty and goodness. Bibiana was married for over 63 years to Meliton Garcia who, since March 18, 2010, has also been with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. They were blessed with nine children, 28 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and many friends and relatives. Bibiana will be remembered as a God-fearing woman, an exemplar, loving and kind Inay (mother), Tiya/Kaka (aunt), Lola (grandmother), great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, friend and relative. Inay was a faithful member of the Bible Baptist Church, National City and a Charter member of the Mira Mesa Bible Baptist Church.
