Richard Arlen Nelson, son of Victor Nelson & Margaret Chilton, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2021 at the age of 85 at “Lucy’s Shady Rest” in San Diego in the presence of family members. Born in Fargo, North Dakota, he lived during his life in Fargo & Williston, North Dakota, Killeen, Texas, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and La Mesa, California.
