Vernon Bugh Jr. passed away peacefully on the morning of November 30th with Yvonne, his loving wife of 60 years, by his side. He lived in Minnesota on a farm with two older sisters and three younger brothers. They were a close family that enjoyed their time together all their lives. Vern joined the U.S. Army and served with distinction in the Korean War. He earned a Bronze star for valor. Vern had an exemplary career in civil engineering. He worked for the S.B.
