December 27th, 1947 - July 29th, 2015
Four wheels move the body. Two wheels move the soul. (AU) It is with great sadness that the family of Terry Michael Shires announces the moving of his soul to Heaven on July 29, 2015 in Goleta, CA after a long battle with cancer. He was 67. Terry was born in Los Angeles, December 27, 1947. He is survived by his daughters, Alyssa Sommers and Laurel Shires, his sister Patty Anderson and her family. "The Milkman," as he was affectionately called, found a way to bring smiles and humor to all he met. Terry will be remembered by those who loved him for his love of family, friends, cats, and motorcycles. A celebration of his life will take place on his birthday.
