Bernice Ellen Hall

On the morning of June 4, 2016, Bernice Ellen hall passed away and went home to be with the Lord and join her husband, Sylvester A. Hall who died April 18, 2016. She was 82 years old. Bernice Ellen Theiss was born on September 29, 1933 to Albert and Christine Theiss of Oakland, California. She was the youngest of 7 children. On April 5, 1953 she married Sylvester Albert Hall of Oakland, California and the two were in love for 63 years. They had three children. Bernice and Sylvester have lived in Amador County since 1983 in Pine Grove. Bernice was a medical transcriptionist and retired from Mule Creek State Prison. Bernice loved her husband, her family and the Lord. She was an angel on earth and was truly loved. Bernice is survived by her children, Ronald (Teri) Hall, Stacey (Jeff) Conover and Rebecca (Jeff) Jones; five grandchildren, Adam (Jen) Hall, Daniel (Heather) Hall, Ashley (Patrick) Katzakian, Anthony Conover and Robert Gaston; five great grandchildren, Kailey, Talen, Addison, Lauryn and Alexa. Bernice is also survived by her sister, Lucille Binz of San Jose. She was a loving wife, an exceptional mother and the sweetest person found on earth. She will be missed and forever loved. Our parents are together again, a love story that has no end. A funeral service will be held at Daneri Mortuary Chapel in Jackson, California, Friday on June 10, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
