She was born in Castroville, TX on February 27, 1923, a daughter of Elizabeth Josephine (Jungman) and August Mechler. Friends and Family are invited to attend a graveside service on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, 2:00 P.M. at Sunset View Cemetery, Jackson, CA. Memorial contributions may be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.
