Amanda Pearl Starr, 79, of Ione, CA, passed away Friday, July 13th, at Manteca Care and Rehabilitation, Manteca, County. Amanda was born in Keokuk, IA on March 17, 1933, a daughter of the late Dorothy E (Fry) and Arthur Shaffer. At her request there will be no services. Inurnment is at Sunset View Cemetery, Keystone Mausoleum in Jackson, CA.
