Robert F. Seward, 93,was born June 26, 1918 in Belleville, Wisconsin and passed away peacefully on December 15, 2011. Bob graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and enlisted in the USMC in 1943. Major Seward, a proud veteran of WWII and the Korean War served his country for 22 years. He retired from Santa Barbara Research Center and enjoyed world travel, history and art. A man of character, intellectual curiosity and humanist values; he will be missed. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Audrey, three daughters Kim, Susan, Heidi and his brother Ed. At his request no services are planned. Please celebrate Bob's life by remembering how fortunate we all are.
