Josephine Peterson passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010 in Jackson at the age of 94 years. She was born February 25, 1916 to Harrison and Lena (Shearer) Rogers in Marion, Kansas. She married Lester Peterson Febuary 6, 1938 in Abaline, Kansas.She worked as a real estate agent for 10 years. Josephine is survived by her son, Roger Peterson and his wife, Connie of Amador City; brother, Richard Rogers of Florida; grandchildren, Christina Dale, Todd Peterson, Chad Peterson, Brian Duby, Amy Duby, Tony Peterson; great grandchildren, Will Dale, Bryce Peterson, Trent Peterson, Amber Peterson, Tyler Peterson, Perrie Duby, Kai Duby, Scott Duby and Sophia Duby. At her request there will be no services. Inurnment will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to A-Pal, P.O. Box 190, Jackson, CA 95642.
