Cindy Michelle Retzius

Cindy Michelle (Landmann) Retzius passed away on August 20, 2023, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born on February 24, 1957, at Dameron Hospital in Stockton. Cindy attended Lincoln High School (class of 1975). She graduated from Stanislaus State College in 1991 with a BS degree in Computer Science. Cindy worked at San Joaquin County Mental Health as a computer programmer. She then worked for PSP based in San Francisco and later in Oakland for Echo consulting and finally Therapy Brands as a computer support analyst until she passed. Cindy leaves behind her husband, Thomas (married since 1977). They had one child, Christopher. Chris and his wife, Nichola, have two small sons, Cole, and Carter. Cindy also leaves behind a brother, Michael (Lynann) Landmann and a sister, Suzanne (John) Dollberg; sister-in -laws, Diana Landmann; Jessica (Joel Cavan, Nancy (Dave Wilson); brother-in-law, Jason Retzius along with many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Cindy was preceded in death by her older brother, Robert Landmann (2016); her parents, Walter Landmann, Sr. (2001) and her mother Fay Schintler Landmann (2003). Her mother-in-law and best friend, Patricia Retzius passed away on Dec. 4, 2023. There will be a gathering of family and friends to remember and celebrate Cindy’s life on May 12, 2024, at Mickie Grove’s. The Mokelume pavilion has been reserved from noon till 5:00p.m. Food and drinks served. Please come and join.
