Norman Francis Regan passed away February 29, 2024, in Jackson, CA at the age of 87 years old. He was born on April 18, 1936, in Central Falls, Rhode Island to Andrew and Beatrice (Bourgette) Regan. Norman proudly in the United States Marine Corps from 1955 to 1959 with an honorable discharge. Norman is survived by his wife, Lila Regan of Jackson, CA; son, Jay Regan of Cupertino, CA; daughter, Susan of Scottsdale, AZ; 2 grandchildren, Amber, and Chad; brother, Andrew of Meridian, ID; He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Regan, and Beatrice Bourgette and daughter, Christina.
