In Loving Memory of Lori Ann Martinez "Huera" Mendoza, 48, was born on January 31, 1966 and was called to Heaven on May 17, 2014. She was a lifelong resident of Salinas, CA. Lori is survived by her signifigant other Abel Guzman. Daughter of Sandra Burton. Sister of Ronny Martinez, Monique Martinez and Bridget Aispuro. Mother of Monica Mendoza, Miguel Gallegos, Ruthie Meza, Ruben Meza. Grandma of Gabriel Morales and Kody Gallegos. She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Martinez. Lori was a Loving, Giving, Down-to-Earth, Free-Spirited Precious Mother. She will always be Loved, Missed and Remembered by all. You will be 4-ever and always in our hearts. "We Love YOU Until Forever!"... Love your Family. Visitation will be held from 1 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2014; with an Evening Prayer service at 7 p.m., all at Healey Mortuary, 405 N. Sanborn Road, Salinas, CA 93905. Funeral services will take place Saturday, May 24, 2014, at 10am at the Healey Mortuary Chapel. Cremation to follow services. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014 1-9pm with an Evening Prayer Service at 7pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, May 24,2014 at the Healey Mortuary Chapel. Cremation to follow services.

Healey hoped to find a way to continue to meaningfully help his county and community grow. He and his wife founded Salinas Valley Mortuary in 1956 to help serve the families in the Salinas Valley area. Their lifelong mission was to unselfishly serve area families based on their strong, trusting relationship with their community – something we honor to this day almost seven decades years later....
