Susie Wolf

Susie Ladell Wolf, 80, of Salinas passed away, at home, Sunday March 1, 2015. She was born July 15, 1934 in Madill, OK. Her family found their way to Salinas during the Great Dust Bowl migration of the early 1940's. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Orville E. Wolf, three children David E. Wolf (Terry) of Gonzales, Suzan Wurz (James) of Salinas and Shelly Stockton of Sacramento. She also leaves behind her 5 grandchildren: Lisa Epstein (Jonathan), Jeff Wurz, David Scott Wolf, Sarah Tarplee (Josh) and Jacob Stockton and 1 great grandchild Evan Epstein. Ladell is preceded in death by her parents Willie Wilburn "Bill" Gray and Lillie Gray, her sister Billie Rae Fleming and brother Dorsey Gray (Jean). Ladell was a firm believer in God and Family. She was known to many as Mama or Grammy Dell. She was a long time member of the Church of Christ on Griffin Street. During the last 11+ years she lived with cancer. She would love to thank all who prayed for her and her wonderful Doctors: Laura Stampleman, Samuel Ballon and recently Geetha Varma. Private burial has been held.
