James "Jim" B. McDougal, 66, lifelong resident of Salinas, passed away on July 12, 2015 in San Francisco, CA. He was born on October 6, 1948 in Ft. Fairfield, Maine. Jim previously worked as a service writer with industrial equipment for over 30 years and was a member of the American Legion Post #31 in Salinas. He was an avid race and golf fan and especially loved RV'ng with his family. He was involved in the Salinas Rodeo for most of his life. Jim was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed. Jim is survived by, his loving wife, Barbara McDougal sons, David (Nancy) McDougal Patrick (Ranae) McDougal grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher,Megan, Matt, Taylor, Jordan and Kaiden great-grandchildren, Colby and Bailey. He is preceded in death by, his parents, Preston "Pat" and Juanita McDougal. Cremation to take place. Private services will be held at a later date.
