Connie Adams (Cannata) February 21, 1947 - January 31, 2015 Connie Adams passed on January 31, 2015 after a long courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Born on February 21, 1947 in San Francisco to Anthony and Carmella Cannata, she grew up in Concord and attended Mt Diablo High School. She received her Bachelors degree from Oregon State, and her Masters degree in Education from University of Arizona. She taught for many years in Tucson where she was a favorite with her students. Connie was sweet and kind, and approached everything with a smile. She is survived by her daughter Kelli (Brady), granddaughter Lilly, brothers James (Elaine), Ray (Paige), Kurt (Linda), Anthony Jr., stepmother Sue and her cousins, nieces and nephew. Connie will be remembered often and missed by all. Her family is deeply sorrowed by their loss.
