Edna A. Davis
August 11th, 1913 - March 28th, 2012
Edna A. Davis, 98, passed away on March 28, 2012 at Abraham Rest Home in Walnut Creek, California. She was the much-loved mother of daughter Bonnie and son-in-law Greg Randall. Until her recent illness, she was an active gardener and well known at Heritage Point for her beautiful roses. Edna worked for almost 50 years as a beautician at salons in Rocky River, Cleveland and Lakewood, Ohio where she had many life long friends as well as clients. The last 16 years were spent in Walnut Creek, California near her daughter and son-in-law. Edna was born August 11, 1913 in Avon, Ohio to Frederick and Ethel (nee Buck) Peak. She was beloved sister of Bessie Hawke (nee Peak) and Everette Peak (Nora). She is also survived by loving friends and family including many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband John Davis and siblings Theodore, Gladys, Marion Boyd (nee Peak), Robert, Herbert, Lloyd, William, Addison, George, Jeanne Nelson (nee Peak) A memorial service will be planned for late spring in the garden when her wonderful roses are in bloom. Family to do services at later date
