Sandra Carlin Bray July 7, 1949 - February 6, 2014 Sandra Carlin Bray (Sandy) passed away peacefully Thursday, February 6th, 2014 surrounded by her loved ones. Sandy was born on July 7, 1949 in Oakland, California. She will join her father, Melvin Bray and stepfather Hershel Edwards, in Heaven. Sandy is survived by her mothers Marjorie Edwards and Rose Bray, her sister Jessica Brimmer, brothers Reynold, Kevin, and Troy Bray, Kurt and Kent Edwards, her sisters-in-law Lolly Bray and Jo Ann Edwards, and her brothers-in-law Bill Brimmer and Jeff Brascher. Sandy loved her nieces and nephews, including the newest additions to the family; her great nieces and nephews. Sandy graduated from California State University Hayward and had a chance to live across the US for over two decades. Her friends in Utah were her second family in which she cherished immensely. Sandy loved her family and friends a great deal; they were the center of her life. She was devoted to her friends, family and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She will be forever remembered and missed. A funeral service will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Antioch - 3015 Rio Grande Drive, Antioch, CA 94509.
