Vernon Lee Anderson January 3, 1936 - Provo, Utah August 20, 2013 - Pleasant Hill, CA Resident of Pleasant HIll Beloved Husband of Charlene Price, Loving Father of Brian Lee Anderson(Venus) of Lodi, Kristen Visperas of Valley Springs and Suzanne Anderson of Pleasant Hill, five grandchildren- Elyse Skousen, Alexandra Terry, Brandon Whitaker, Keon Anderson, Danielle Visperas and one great grandson - Xander Lee Skousen. He is predeceased by his father George Maurice Anderson and his mother Helen Lassen. Vernon is also survived by his faithful friend, his Yorkie, 'Gio'. Native of Springville, Utah, he was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper in Germany. Retired as a Civil Engineer from the U.S. Dept of Energy. Memorial Service, Monday, August 26, 2013, 4:30 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Pleasant Hill LDS Chapel, 555 Boyd Rd.
