Debbie Kae (Foote) Davis passed away peacefully on May 4, 2024 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s in the presence of her family in Middleton, Idaho.
Debbie was born March 25, 1954 to Dick and Janie Foote in Twin Falls, Idaho. She was the oldest of five kids.
Debbie attended school in a few different places due to her father’s job as a policeman. Among those were Chicago and Rigby, Idaho, where she would meet lifelong friends. Eventually settling down in Middleton where she would gradate from Middleton High School in 1972. Debbie’s family name is synonymous with the town, a part of history that she was very proud of and instilled in her children. Debbie had two sons, Jarid Davis (1974) and Jeremy Davis (1977).
Debbie loved her family. If she wasn’t making her brother do a project for her she was sitting on her patio with a glass of wine with her sisters or many other friends enjoying the fruits of her labor. She loved her yard and waterfall.
Debbie also had a deep, devoted love for her kids and grandkids. Kaben Davis (2002), Cooper Davis (2004), and Samantha Davis (2006). She would do anything for them. Debbie found so much joy in planning and taking them on vacations as she loved to travel.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Dick and Janie Foote, her sister, Becky (Foote) O’Meara, and her brother, Harold Foote.
Debbie leaves behind her sisters, Cheri Hess and Linda (Ray) Garner, her two sons, Jarid Davis and Jeremy (Jennifer) Davis as well as her beloved grandchildren, Kaben Davis, Cooper Davis, and Samantha Davis, and one great grandchild, Ella Davis.
Debbie’s love of music and holidays will be remembered and her traditions will live on in all of us. May she rest in peace with a sound mind and body.
There will be a graveside service at Middleton Cemetery in Middleton, Idaho on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. A celebration of life will be held at the Trolley Station, 310 Cornell, Middleton, Idaho immediately following the graveside service.
