Darlene Ann Griego-Davis

Darlene Ann Griego-Davis, 55 years old, went to be with our Lord and Savior on May 23, 2015. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. Darlene graduated from Eldorado HS in 1977. In 1997, she graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Physical Therapy. Darlene had a vibrant personality. She was kind and caring putting other's needs above her own. She lived in Fernandina Beach, Florida. She loved walks along the ocean with her pit bull, Billy Jack. We have been enriched with memories of her to last a lifetime. She is survived by her son, the 'light of her life,' Forrest Alan Davis; her beloved mother, Theresa and stepfather, Gene Varoz and Alex Griego (father). She was greatly loved by her siblings: Dodie Sivertson, Elizabeth Krug, Mike Griego and wife Amy, Deborah Shamowski and husband Paul,Traci Casias, stepbrother, Eugene and wife Natalie Varoz and stepsister, Daphne Varoz Wright. She also leaves many cherished nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, and special friends: Mary Martinez, Jeff Perea, Theresa Garcia and JMac Blumenthal. She will be missed by all. Celebration of Life and memorial service will be held at St. John XXIII Catholic Community, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr NE Rosary at 10:15 A.M. Mass at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 11, 2015.
