Michael Britton

Michael E. Britton, 41, of Platteville, CO, died December 16, 2016. Michael was born June 24, 1975 to Eugene H. and Kathy (Romkee) Britton in San Antonio, TX. As a young man, Michael earned his Eagle Scout Award. He enjoyed disc golf, remodeling and woodwork. Michael made Mead Honey Wine, loved people and was friends with everyone. He was a member of Rocky Mountain Christian Church in Frederick, CO and gave all of his time to non-profits and others in hopes of helping those less fortunate. All who knew Michael knew of his deep love for his dog, Adolf. Michael was a property manager for the Inn Between and worked part-time as a realtor with Keller-Williams Realty. Survivors: Parents, Eugene and Kathy Britton, Longmont, CO; Brother, Sean Britton, Longmont, CO along with many other family members and friends. A Celebration of Michaels’ Life will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, December 23, 2016, Faith Baptist, 833 15th Ave., Longmont, CO. A private burial will be held.
