Anthony Joseph Sena
May 17th, 1957 - June 13th, 2017
Anthony J. Sena (Muddy Boots) beloved son, father, brother, uncle and grandfather passed away unexpectedly on June 13, 2017 at the age of 60. He leaves a legacy of love and kindness to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed. Anthony is survived by his daughters, Michelle Gutierrez (Mike) and Elicia Sena, and granddaughter, Ilyssa Gutierrez of Albuquerque, NM. Devoted companion of 11 years, Debbie Soto. Sisters, Cathy Chavez (Edward) and Stephanie Apodaca; brother, Lee Sena (Antoinette). Godsons, Jacob Pacheco, Jeremy Aguilar and many nieces and nephews whom he loved. He is preceded in death by his father, William Sena; mother, Theresa Garcia; stepfather, Pete Garcia and brother, Phillip Sena. Anthony was born on May 17, 1957 in Holbrook, AZ. He attended West Mesa High School in Albuquerque where he lettered in football. He began working for Ideal Cement Plant (GCC) a position he held for 38 years. Anthony was an avid pool shark, fisherman, enjoyed gambling, dancing and traveling. A service is scheduled for 10 a.m., June 22, 2017 at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo Blvd., NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Anthony's life.
