Julian L. Garcia

Julian L. Garcia, 62, of Tucumcari, NM passed away on June 23, 2017 surrounded by family. He was born on February 16, 1955 to Nicasio Garcia and Edwina Aragon Garcia. He is proceeded in death by his baby son, John Julian Garcia, his father Nicasio Garcia, his brothers, Alex, Dominic and Michael Garcia, sisters, Norma Richard and Sabrina Garcia and nephew, Joseph Garcia. He is survived by son, Tom Garcia and wife Melissa of Las Vegas, NM, his mother, Edwina Garcia of Farmington, NM. Brothers, Ralph Aragon and wife Pat of Dumas TX, Cruz "Jimmy" Garcia of Tucumcari, NM and Armando Garcia of Farmington, NM. Sisters; Gloria Velasco, Carmen Padilla and husband Joe, Jane Tafoya and husband John David all of Farmington NM, Rose Speer and husband Darrell, of Odessa, TX., Patricia Garcia of Tulsa, OK and Rachel Scott and husband Mark of Okmugee, OK. Aunts, Modesta Estrada and Helen Pacheco and uncles, Lee Aragon and Willie Aragon along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Julian was a "Jack Of All Trades" throughout his life, among a few places he worked, was in the fresh produce business and as private care taker. He enjoyed auto mechanics, listening to music, dancing, and spending time with family and friends, if not in-person, by frequent phone calls.
