Joseph Westley Haines born January 7, 1954 in Albuquerque, NM to Joseph Glenn and Vivian Thelma Haines. Joe was just 64 years old when he passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at the Albuquerque VA hospital due to cirrhosis of the liver. Joe was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Billy Dove Dickson. He is survived by three sisters, Thelma Louise Ellis from Lampasas, TX, Dorothy Marie Frazier from Albuquerque, NM, and Barbara Jo Kester from Spring Branch, TX. He was also survived by three nieces and four nephews, four great-nieces and four grand-nephews. Burial services will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 9:00am with Military Honors.
