Christina Jean Sanders, 55, of Ocala passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019. Christina was a native of Melbourne, Florida. Survivors include her parents; Billy J. and Sylvia Lynn Jones of Ocala, FL, sisters; Tana Lynn (Fred) Bisch of Birmingham, AL and Traci Leigh (Ara) Lovitt of Boston, MA, nephews; Travis Bisch of Tacoma, WA, Scott Bisch of Macon, GA, Peter and Max Lovitt of Boston, MA. Christina worked in the hotel industry for many years. She cherished time with her family and had a great affection for animals, particularly horses. In her leisure time, she enjoyed gardening, cooking and music. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 beginning at 2:00pm at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services TimberRidge, 9695 SW 110th Street, Ocala, 34481. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations to be made in her name to the Humane Society of Marion County, 701 NW 14th Road, Ocala, Florida 34475.
