Anna Marie Scott

Anna Marie Scott, 94, of Ocala, FL went to be with the Lord, her dear son Robert and loving husband Francis on Friday, August 7, 2020. She was born on April 7, 1926 the daughter of the late William and Marie Johnson. Anna was a native of Brooklyn, New York and moved to Ocala from Long Island, New York in 1986. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. In Anna’s free time she enjoyed knitting and crocheting clothing and afghans for her children and grandchildren, and cruising to many ports with her husband and family. Anna also enjoyed playing cards with her husband and friends and completing puzzles. Anna’s most proud title was being a great-grandma! Survivors include her children, Linda Scott of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Deborah (James) Young of Ocala, Florida, and Thomas (Charlene) Scott of Pompton Lakes, New Jersey; grandchildren, Jennette (Anthony) Ippolito, Garrett McKeever, Nicole Scott, Jason Scott; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas Raymond and Adriana Marie Ippolito. Predeceased by her husband, Francis J. Scott, and son, Robert Scott. A visitation at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services TimberRidge will be held on Thursday, August 13 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM. A service for Anna will follow visitation, Entombment will take place after service at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Ocala.
