Bertha Ulibarri

Bertha Ulibarri, 68, of Las Vegas, NM passed away on June7, 2018 in Las Vegas, NM. She was a loving mother, spouse, and a devoted educator for many years. Rosary will be at 8:00 am on Tuesday June 12, 2018 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM. Funeral services will be preceding the Rosary. Burial will follow at the Bernal Cemetery. Arrangements are being made by Riverside Funeral Home of Santa Fe. Bertha Ulibarri was born in Ojito, NM to Daniel and Bernadina (Lola) Baca on January 14, 1950. She obtained her Master's in Education from Highlands University.  She married Victor Ulibarri on May 29, 1976. She retired from teaching from the West Las Vegas Schools. Bertha Ulibarri is preceded in death by her father Daniel Baca, mother Bernadina Baca, brother Eddie Baca, and father-in-law Anselmo Ulibarri. Bertha Ulibarri is survived by her spouse Victor Ulibarri; Son Victor Ulibarri Jr. and wife Olivia Ulibarri, Daughter Vivian Ulibarri and husband Eric Roanhorse; Sisters Frances Vigil, Lora (Benny) Tapia, Margie (Leroy) Trujillo, and Deborah Martinez; Mother-in-law Sofia Ulibarri; Grandchildren Victor Ulibarri III, Andres Ulibarri, Esperanza Sena, and Isabella Sena. Pall bearers will be Rick Baca and Daniel Tapia. Honorary pall bearers will be Benny Tapia Jr., Freddie Martinez Jr., Mark Baca, John Vigil, Michael Trujillo, and Kelly Trujillo.  Arrangements entrusted to: Riverside Funeral Home of Santa Fe 3232 Cerrillos Road (505) 395-9150
