Anna Margaret Woodman
March 9th, 1925 - November 26th, 2013
Anna Margaret Woodman was born March 9, 1925 in Olympia, Washington and died November 26, 2013 in her home in Mt. Angel, Oregon. She was born to Pete and Ann Faber, the third daughter in a family of four girls. After Anna married Bob Woodman in 1949, the couple moved to Molalla, where they raised five children; Mary Ann, Michael, Monica (Sandgren), Melinda (Holderness) and Mitchell, who they lost in 1973. During her life, some of Anna’s favorite places were the Molalla River, Black Lake and the beach. Anna generously gave her time to local organizations: St. James Catholic Church, Molalla Schools, Kiwanis, the Buckaroo, Loaves and Fishes, and the Senior Center. Her gifts and talents were greatly appreciated by her family and the community. After Bob died, Anna devoted her time to loving her 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She loved children all her life, and at the end when she was asked, what do you want in your obituary, she replied; “Tell them I was a good Mother” Services were held at ST James Parish on November 29th, with burial at Adams Cemetery. She rests in peace next to her husband, Bob and her third child, Mitchell. Funeral arragements entrusted to Molalla Funeral Chapel.
