Warner Robins, GA: Rebecca Ruth Payne, 81, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Parkway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will from 6 until 8 PM Monday at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Mrs. Payne was born in Beckley, WV. She was a former executive secretary at Pabst Brewing Company. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survivors include her husband of 43 years Paul A. Payne, Sr. of Warner Robins, sons William Wesley Smallwood of Austell, GA, Richard Adrian Smallwood of Powder Springs, GA, daughter Lynn Cox of Warner Robins, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
