David Gerald Flores

David Gerald Flores, age 57, a lifelong resident of Pecos, NM, passed away at his residence on Monday, May 20th, 2019. He was born June, 30 1961 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, to Dennis and Mary Flores. He graduated from Pecos High School and Highlands University with a BA and an AS. On May 29, 1986 he was married to Bertha Flores. He was employed by The Penitentiary of New Mexico as a Licensed Electrician / Correctional officer until he retired. He was a Great father and Grandfather. Loved by many. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Isauro & Eloisa Griego; Uncle, Richard Gregory; Cousins, James Lopez, Abedon Ortiz, Ralph Flores; Father-in-law, Jose Maurillo Gonzales; Mother-in-law, Elvira J. Gonzales; and Brother-in-laws; Dennis G. Gonzales and Mike Cullen. David Flores is survived by his wife Bertha; parents Dennis and Mary Flores; sister, Eloise Flores; brothers, Anthony Flores and Ernest Flores and spouse Houng; daughter, Dominique and spouse Jacob Ortiz; granddaughter, Evangeline; grandsons Toby and Jacobo; son, Joseph Flores; Son David Flores and Fiancé Kathleen Gonzales; Son Steven Flores and girlfriend Kristen Flores; step daughter, Denette and Husband Joe Herrera; grandson Zechariah and great grand-daughter Alexis; granddaughter Miranda; grandson, Josiah; Stepson Dennis Garcia and spouse Jeanette Rodriguez; grandsons Valentino and Santiago; several Uncles, Aunts, In-laws, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, others relatives and many friends. Rosary Devotional Services will be conducted at 10:00 am on Tuesday May 28, with the mass of resurrection following immediately at St. Anthony's Parish in Pecos, NM. Burial will follow after mass at the Pecos Cemetery. Reception follow Burial at Sheriff's Posse on 104 S Main St, Pecos, NM 87552.
