Warner Robins, GA: Jack Sampley, 76, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2004 at his residence. Services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM Wednesday. Mr. Sampley was born in Forrest City, AR to the late Andy and Annis Sampley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Francis Dress Sampley. Mr. Sampley was a self employed carpenter. Survivors include his daughter, Mary Kay Tim Ferguson of Warner Robins, son James Sampley of St. Petersburg, FL, brother, Nolan Sampley of Forrest City, AR, grandchildren, Dustyn Ferguson, DiJai Ferguson, Damon Ferguson all of Warner Robins and Allyna Sampley of St. Petersburg, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Houston County at 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
