Robert "Bob" E. Baer

Warner Robins: Robert E. ?Bob? Baer, 61, of Warner Robins died Thursday May 12, 2005 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Committal services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Andersonville National Cemetery. Rev. Steve Golden will officiate. Mr. Baer, a native of Bartonville, IL, was the son of Theresa Baer the late Samuel H. Baer. He was retired from the US Air Force and Robins AFB. He was a former member of the Elks Club and the Old Crows Society. His sister, Theresa Baer preceded him in death. He was a Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Suzanne ?Sue? Baer. Children: Robert E. Baer Jr. of Ft. Valley, Dennis Frances Baer of Twiggs County and Christine M. Van Hoskinson of Wentzville, MO. Mother: Theresa Baer of Peoria, IL. Siblings: Harold Baer of Mapleton, IL, Dorothy S. Schlink of Bartonville, IL. Grandchildren: Dennis Baer, John Baer, Evan Baer, Lanise Baer, Felicia Hoskinson, Van Logan Hoskinson and Karsen Hoskinson. Several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund, 250 S. Davis Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
