James Jude Peralta

James Jude Peralta, 59, was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on July 17, 1960 to Fidencio P Peralta and Blandina T Peralta. He passed suddenly on December 20, 2019. He is preceded in death by his father, Fidencio P Peralta. Jimmy was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan from a very young age and could always be found watching the games. He enjoyed Lobos football and basketball, and was a skilled bowler. Jimmy was a Son, Brother, Father, an Uncle, and friend to everyone he met. Jimmy was known for telling jokes, making people laugh, and giving encouraging advice. He was a listening ear to all and was never without a smile. Jimmy loved life and had many accomplishments, his biggest being his two daughters, Jordyn and Ashlyn. Jimmy is survived by his mother Blandina Peralta, daughters Jordyn Peralta and Ashlyn Peralta, brother Martin Peralta, sister Rosemary Peralta, nephews Kyle Peralta and Joey Sohns, niece Amy Davis and her husband Michael Davis and family. He is further survived by his beloved pets, Blondie and Miss Speedy, his Quest Diagnostic family, and many long-time friends in which he always greeted as "Buddy Buddy". We ask that you join us for A Celebration of Life which will be held January 4, 2020 at 1:30pm at Riverside Funeral Home Chapel, 225 San Mateo in Albuquerque. The family would like for friends to bring a memory or a funny story to share. In lieu of flowers the family asks for all friends to bring a Dallas Cowboy blue balloon to be released at the end of the Celebration.
