Thomas J. Harmon

Thomas J. Harmon, 74, formerly of Dunlap, Illinois, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2020 at home in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Tom is survived by his wife Marsha; children, Douglas Harmon, wife, Jenny Harmon, of Trivoli, Ill, Denise Worsfold, husband, Andrew, of Earlham, Iowa, and Danielle Hearn, husband, Jim, of Morton, Illinois. Grandchildren; Kyle Harmon Joseph Hearn Michael Hearn Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Gladys Harmon and brother Michael Harmon Tom was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, on December 6, 1945. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1963-1967 on the USS William C. Lawe He returned to Dunlap to take over the family farm. He served as water commissioner as well as on the volunteer fire department for many years He and his wife Marsha moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2000 Then moved to Fountain, Colorado in 2003, where he was city Inspector for the City of Fountain, until 2014. He and Marsha then retired, and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. No flowers please.
