Cassandra "Cassy" Mae Garcia, age 30 of Peña Blanca, New Mexico, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our Precious Angel was born March 9, 1990. Cassandra was very intellligent and worked tirelessly to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of New Mexico and was an Honor Student. Cassandra was a bright, young, vibrant, lady with a bright future and was taken too soon. She had an infectious little giggle that will be greatly missed. Cassandra was preceded in death by her Father Martin Jake Garcia, Mother Sharon A. Montoya Herrera, and Grandparents Abel Lloyd Garcia, Elieso and Ursula Montoya. Cassandra is survived by her brothers, Paul Garcia and Josiah Herrera, her Aunt Sadie Montoya, her Grandmother Rosalie Garcia, her niece Giselle Garcia and nephew Martin Garcia, her step-father Benny Herrera and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins that loved her dearly. She will be greatly missed. Pallbearers will be: Earl Garcia, Jeanne Van Amburg, Adam Gomez, Lawrence Gonzales, Michael "Seven" Garcia Jr., Anna Martinez, and Albert Ortiz. The Funeral Service will be private for the family only. A Celebration of Cassandra's Life will be celebrated at a later time.
