Joann "Patsy" Patricia Anaya

Joann Patricia Anaya (Patsy) was born on December 14th, 1954 and raised in Albuquerque NM, she passed away on July 17th 2020 after a 7-year heroic battle with breast cancer. Joann leaves a strong legacy of children in Joseph Anaya SR and Lisa, Jeremy and Stephanie Anaya, Jillian and Sam Robison, John and Maria Gonzales, Jack Anaya and Joanna Anaya. Her beloved grandchildren Cypress, Joseph Jr, Ashlyn, Jaqualynn and Jude Anaya, Tyler Shanovich, Hannah, and Arianna Elevario, Elijah Montoya and Sophia Anaya. Jason and Joaquin Vargas, Sammy and Sofia Robison and Penelope Gonzales. Her siblings Jimmy and Linda Gonzales, Johnny and Elizabeth Gonzales, Judy Reed and Dora Jean Gonzales. Her partner Tommy Tafoya and her dog, Frito. Joann was the life of the party with positivity as her motto. She loved to dance, spend time with her children and grandchildren and enjoyed her time at the casinos. She had a tireless work ethic which permeated to others, she worked in the healthcare field with a big and caring heart. Joann will be dearly missed and will always be in our hearts, our angel watching over us. She is with her mom and dad, Joe and Dora Gonzales may you Rest In Peace our beloved Momma.
