Warner Robins, GA- Julian Chavez, Jr., 63, peacefully passed away on the morning of Friday, June 9, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Services are private for the family only. Julian was born on June 24, 1953 in London, England to the late Julian Chavez, Sr. and Mrs. Sheila Chavez. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Julian had a love for art and history; he enjoyed collecting comic books and adored his grandchildren. He was a loving father, son, grandfather, and brother who will be greatly missed by all. Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his brother Stephen Chavez. Those left to cherish his memory include his two daughters, Christie Nestor (William); Lisa Dillard (Dale); mother, Sheila Chavez; grandchildren, William Nelson, Michael Dillard, Brandon Nestor, and Kylee Dillard; siblings, Theresa Hunt; Tina Moore; Maureen Wortman; Michael Chavez; Eileen Stahl; and David Chavez.
