MACON, GA—Craig Ryan Peek, 47, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 8, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, June 12 at 6:00 PM in the Chapel at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. A visitation will be held at 5:00 PM, one hour before the service. Casual dress, Alabama Crimson Tide colors, and paraphernalia are encouraged. Craig was born July 14, 1969 in Warner Robins, Georgia to the late Robert Daniel Peek and the late Constance Moore Peek. He was a Sheet Metal Mechanic at Robins Air Force Base for the last six years. Craig was the number one fan of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide football team. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and collecting Crimson Tide Elephants. Craig was a health guru and loved to exercise and lift weights. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all. Craig is survived by his wife of 3 years, Pamela Peek, son Brandon Clakeley (Meaghan) of Alabama; step-daughter Morgan Lawson of Byron; step-son Brian Lawson (Jess) of Statesboro; two grandchildren, Blaise and Bode Lawson; two brothers, Robert Daniel Peek, Jr. (Christina) of Kathleen and Buster Peek of Kathleen; and six nieces and nephews Ashley, Courtney, Isabelle, R.J., and Buster Peek Jr. and Kelly Cunningham.
