Kathleen, GA- Billy J. Marks, 86, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018. Billy was born May 24, 1931 to the late William Marks and the late Gladys Lawler in Buckhannon, West Virginia. He retired as a laborer for Anchor Glass Manufacturing, Co. He is survived by his three children Bill Marks, Mary King, Michelle Kluver; grandchildren Melissa Leighton, Shawn Kluver, Tanya Nelson, Lance Kluver; twelve great grandchildren; three brothers Roger, Jack, and Clifford Marks.
