Pierre Leaton

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, dad, brother, grandfather, cousin and friend. Pierre Leaton, 55, of Albuquerque, NM went Home to be with his Lord on January 6, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Pierre was born to William and Theresa Leaton on November 9, 1965. He is survived by his wife Carol Leaton, daughter Angel, Sons Jose (Jessica), Eric (Kaylene), Benny (Cecilia), stepsons Vincent (Chantel), Mathew (Cecilia), brothers Norman (Angel), Billy, sisters, Yolanda (Greg), Irene (Manual), Charolette (Wayne), Tammie (Mike), his special mother-in-law Veronica Montoya, his sister-in-law Yvonne, his brother-in-law Phillip (Jamie) Montoya, his special primo Wilbur (Arlene), special friends Desarae and Kim and several nieces and nephews. Pierre has 20 grandchildren and 2 great grand children. Pierre is proceeded in death by his dad William, mother Theresa, son Samuel, sister Martha, brothers Roland and Gino. Pierre attended Del-Norte high school. He worked in irrigation for over 37 years. Pierre had a great passion for fishing. He taught his boys and grandchildren how to fish. If he was able to spend all of his time fishing he would have. Pierre was an extremely passionate Dallas Cowboys fan. Pierre was a kind and loving soul who always greeted everyone with a smile and a hello. A celebration of Pierres life will be held on February 20, 2021 at The New Beginnings Church, 4770 Montgomery Blvd. N.E at 10:00 A.M.
