Amber Ordal Easton
April 13th, 1968 - February 22nd, 2021
Amber L. Ordal Easton, 52, of Santa Fe passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021. She is survived by her daughter, Briahna Easton; son, Benjamin Easton; her mother, Judy Ordal; and her brother, Paul Ordal. She grew up in Hartford, SD where she enjoyed riding horses and was friends with many in the community. She was an avid traveler and was always eager to go on spontaneous adventures, especially when the destination included a swim-up bar and the Caribbean. She married her late husband, Sean Easton, in 1996 and started a family in Denver, CO. She became a single mom in 2005 after the sudden loss of her husband; she always remained strong for her children and they were always her number one priority. Her brilliance and talents led to her publishing her first novel, Kiss Me Slowly, in 2012; she is the proud author of over 20 published novels that will forever carry on her legacy and display her creative brilliance. She is the mother to her two children, Briahna and Ben; they were her pride and joy and she taught them the important values in life. She was a bright light in this world and was loved by many; she was compassionate, brilliant, creative, had a wicked sense of humor, and she was passionate about treating others with kindness. She will be missed immensely and loved endlessly. Her memorial service will take place in Hartford, SD at Christ Lutheran Church 701 N Main Ave, Hartford, SD on March 27, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Masks are required. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to her children's GoFundMe page https://www.gofundme.com/f/amber-easton-memorial-fund.
