Robert King

Centerville, GA- Robert Wayne King, 61, passed away unexpectedly on May 7, 2018. A funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, May 11, 2018 in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Thursday evening, May 10, 2018 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Following the service, he will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Robert was born July 6, 1956 in Germany to the late O B and Carolyn King. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and later went to work civil service at RAFB where he retired. In his free time Robert enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and spending time with his dogs that he adored, Sampson, Capone and Bandit. He was an avid domino player and was always up for a chance to beat his family in a good game of dominos. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and son who will be greatly missed. His memory will forever be cherished by his wife of 41 years, Therese King; children, Cynthia King (Dwain Jackson), and Nicholas King; two brothers, Raymond and Jimmy King; and his step mother, Betty King.
