James "Ronnie" Ronald Boutwell

Ft. Valley, GA: James Ronald ?Ronnie? Boutwell, Jr., departed this life on Sunday, October 21, 2007, at the age of 63. A memorial service wil be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2007, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Warner Robins. The Rev. Charles Asbell will officiate. Burial will be private. Born in Macon, Ronnie was the son of the late James Ronald Boutwell, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Logue Boutwell. He was employed at Robins Air Force Base as an Aircraft Painter for the past 16 years and a veteran of the United States Army. He was of the Baptist faith. He was retired from the Dairy Business for over 27 years which included Pet, Sealtest and Cherokee Farms Dairies. Survivors include his wife Lois Toney Boutwell of Fort Valley, his children Kathy Tim Smith of Jones County, Denise Troy Trussell of Milledgeville, Patricia Scott Hawkins of Byron, Mike Tami Boutwell of Crawford County, step-daughters, Stephanie and Austen Toney of Ft. Valley, sister Gloria Sid Corley of Byron, brothers, Bobby Sherry Boutwell of Warner Robins and Lamar ?Butch? Beverly Boutwell of Byron, fifteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends. His Brother Kenneth, preceded him in death. Flowers will be accepted but those who wish, may make donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at One St. Jude Place Building, P.O. Box 100 Dept. 300, Memphis, TN, 38148-0552. The family may be contacted at 384 Lakeview Dr., Ft. Valley, GA. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
