William S. (Junior) Stewart , 90, of Longmont, passed away February 26, 2013, at Pathways Hospice Care Center in Loveland, CO. He was born on December 6, 1922, to King and Vivian (Carter) Stewart in Erie, Colorado. On January 8, 1947, he married Doris Whitmer in Longmont at the Evangelical United Brethren Church. He was active in the former Longmont Evangelical United Brethren Church and Church of God, and served his country in WWII. William is survived by his sons Ron and wife Dottie of Longmont, CO, and Gary and wife Penny of Broomfield, CO; Grandchildren Kelly Stewart, Heather Stewart, Kara Martin Stewart, and Sean Martin Stewart; and Great Grandchildren Caleb, Hannah, Halli and Camry. Cremation was entrusted to Carroll-Lewellen Funeral & Cremation Services. Services will be at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity or Pathways Hospice in care of Carroll-Lewellen Funeral Services, 503 Terry St., Longmont, CO.
