Maria Xagoraris Weber born in Pireas, Greece on November 15th, 1939. She passed away on July 16th, 2022 in the presence of loved ones. Maria was preceded by her parents Elefterios and Calliope Xagoraris and her late husband Aloysius Weber. She is survived by her sisters Barbara and Thespina, brothers Stephanos and Stamatis. Her two daughters, Christina Borg and Michelle Weber Odie, her sons-in-law Gerrit Borg, Cedric Odie and Jimmy Dixon (Boogie) and her brother-in-law Habib Thomas. Her grandchildren include, Julia Herring, Alicia Walters, Geneva Walters, and Brennan Borg, Jimmy Jerome Weber Dixon, Jenyssa Lanice Weber Thomas and Gio 'Vonni Zyree Odie. Great Grandkids, Alexander Izaiahs Thomas, Jimmy Jerome Dixon, Sienna Adelina Aguilar Knowledge Aspire Legend. Sidney and Johnny Vallecorsa, and Eisley. Maria (Yia Yia) loved being surrounded by her loved ones, she loved cooking Greek food for everyone and her home was always open to all of her friends and family. Listening to Greek music, visiting her favorite casino and going to her favorite Arabian market Istanbul brought her much joy. Being in the restaurant business for many years suited her servant heart, and touched many people. Yia Yia was truly one of a kind and didn't hold back telling you how she felt. Maria had a feisty spirit but would give you the shirt off her back. She loved giving gifts to everyone. Maria was loved by many and will be dearly missed. We are celebrating Maria’s life on Saturday August 6th at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Calvary Cemetery - 1900 Edith Blvd Northeast Albuquerque New Mexico 87102, following will be a lunch reception at her house 12500 Grand Avenue Northeast Albuquerque New Mexico 87123
