Warner Robins, GA: Mr. Otis T. Allen, 84, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the Heart of Georgia Hospice. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 3:00 PM in Oaklawn Cemetery in Fort Valley, GA. Rev. Ed Chambless will officiate. Visitation will held one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Mr. Allen was born April 9, 1925, in Fort Valley, GA to the late Lewis Edwin and Rosa Clyde Bowers Allen. Mr. Allen was predeceased by two children a son Ronald Otis Allen and a daughter Donna Lynn Allen. He was an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a member of the VFW, DAV, American Legion and the Moose Club. He was a retired Plant Engineer and Civil Service employee of Robins, AFB. He is survived by his Son, Gregory Allen, Daughters; Karen Randy Wilkins; Carla Jerry Willard all of Atlanta, GA and Sheila Jim Clamp of Warner Robins, GA; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31093. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
