James Edward Gabaldon

James E. Gabaldon "Jimbo", age 66, lifelong resident and musician of Albuquerque passed away peacefully on July 26, 2022. His music provided a lifetime of love with all that listened to his voice dancing through the crowd. James was always ready to sing and play for every event. May his music praise the LORD in the Great Heavens. James is survived by his son, Jude and daughter in-law Bridget Gabaldon; his grandchildren, Jasmine (Gabaldon) Dudley and husband Art, Samantha Gabaldon, Tatyana Gabaldon, Tevin Gabaldon; his great grandchildren Naiven and Everyn Dudley. James is also survived by his siblings; Nancy Merritt, Mona Padilla, Lisa Gabaldon and husband Bernie Trujillo, half sister Linda Gabaldon. He had many nieces and nephews who were all part of his life. Titus you have to carry on "como un caballo bueno." His many friends and bandmates were always a close part of his family. James is preceded in everlasting life by his parents; Eduardo and Martha Gabaldon; his sister Tita Gomez; his children Natalie Jaramillo and James "JJ" Gabaldon Jr. A rosary is to be held Tuesday August 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM with the memorial service to immediately follow. Services will be oficciated by Deacon Manuel. Services will be located at 225 San Mateo Blvd NE Albuquerque NM 87108 at Riverside Chapel.
