On Monday, October 10, 2022, Goldie Brown, loving wife and mother of five children, passed away at age 79. Mrs. Goldie Brown was born on April 17, 1943 in Kansas City, MO. to David and Amelia (Sandavol) Kendle. Goldie (always known as Molly) with the help of her loving husband Lester M. Brown Sr (died June 22, 2013) raised four sons, Lester Jr, Jerome, Kevin, and William (died November 10, 1992), and one daughter, Dana Renee (Brown) Bausby. Molly had a passion for building puzzles, working on crossword puzzles and the love of soap operas! She left a very impressionable gift of herself to every person she met. Mrs. Goldie Brown is survived by her sister Frankie in Hawaii, her four children, Lester Jr, Jerome, Kevin and Dana. Her grandchildren Lester III, Daniel, Isaiah, William, Kevin Jr, Kenyon, Jerome II, Shanta, Chanelle and Dave. And twelve great grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held Monday October 17, 2022 at Riverside Funeral Home at 3 pm. Always remember that Mrs. Goldie Brown gave her all to any and everyone that she met --- We should do the same everyday of our lives!!
