Antonio "Mike" Miguel Romero
September 20th, 1966 - January 27th, 2023
Antonio (Mike) Romero (1966-2023), age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 27, 2023, following a brief illness. He was born on September 20, 1966 in Santa Fe, NM to Antonio (Tony) and Rosalinda Romero. Mike is survived by his loving parents Antonio (Tony) and Rosalinda (Avila) Romero; his four children, Marissa, Shawntel, Brianna, and Michael; his sister Maria and brother Xavier; his nephew Marcos; his 9 grandchildren; and many other nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Mike attended Kearny Elementary, DeVargas Middle School and Santa Fe High School (Class of 1985). He served in the Army National Guard for a brief time. He and his family relocated to Albuquerque where he resided for the remainder of his adult life. Mike is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. While his time in this world was cut short, his family takes great comfort in knowing that he is at peace. Private memorial services were held in loving memory of Mike on February 4, 2023 in Albuquerque, NM.
