Bonaire, GA: Donald E. Campbell, 94, went home to be with his heavenly father on Easter Sunday April 24, 2011. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 until 9 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Rev. Thomas Beasley will officiate. Mr. Campbell was born in North Adams, MA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cyril D. Campbell and Beatrice Jean Murat Campbell and also his wife Gladys L. Miller Campbell. He was a retired mechanic with Goodyear Tire Company and a veteran of the Army Air Corp which later changed to the United States Air Force. Mr. Campbell was an active member at Second Baptist Church. Survivors include his children Donald Ned Campbell of Kapolei, Hawaii, Jeannie Scarboro, Mark Allan Campbell both of Bonaire and seven grandchildren. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
